With his base in Los Angeles, California, Danish Ole Henriksen has built up a global wellness empire, regularly frequented by some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Madonna, Leonardo DiCaprio, Naomi Campbell, Renée Zellweger, Sylvester Stallone, Cher and Ricky Martin are all among its regular clients, but now Ole is opening his doors to six Danish men, who normally don’t set so much store by personal wellness. Radio host Lars Hjortshøj, actor Peter Gantzler, Defence Minister Søren Gade, shot putter Joachim B. Olsen, football player Stig Tøfting and entertainer Thomas Eje have all agreed to spend about a week on Ole Henriksen’s home turf in Hollywood to get some of the beauty treatment normally reserved for its star-studded clientele. They have one thing in common – they have strong reservations about Hollywood, and the world Ole Henriksen appears to epitomize.
